Educational Qualification                      : Masters in any discipline (Social Science, Development Studies and Disaster Management are preferable).
Qualification                                            : Excellent writing, Computer and communication skills, Interest in nonprofit work.
Salary/Pay                                                : BDT 29,768/-
Travel allowance                                     : Actual
Closing Date                                             : 5 pm, Saturday, 31st October 2015
Base                                                            : Dacope, Khulna
Desirable Criteria                                    : Age should be under or equal 45.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in NGO Sector
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in DRR field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Managerial role
• Good understanding on DRR policies and instruments of the countries

Job responsibilities:
Major Role & Responsibilities

• Overall Coordination of the project.
• Technical guidance in leadership and management of the project implementation.
• Responsible for coordination with local and national stakeholders.
• Maintain close liaison with Local Government agencies officers and elected representatives.
• Lead the team for strong and effective community mobilization.
• Prepare and provide activity plans, activity reports and financial report to donor.
• Identify needs off the community and prepare the report.
• He/She will prepare the monthly report, event report and case studies.
• Monitor and follow up project activities. S/he will work in close contact with the concerned Program Officer.
• Ensure quality output of the project activities. Ensure the visibility of Project activities as per project guideline.
• Ensure proper utilization and storage of office equipments.
