JJS will contribute to its Vision through the following mission-

• Work for establishing rights of poor and marginalized through access to and control over resources
• Strengthening peoples initiatives for participation in governance and policy formulation process
• Protection of children from all forms of discrimination and injustice
• Build communities resilient against disaster and climate change and ensure safe environment for all living species
